I built the forum I always wanted to attend.
Ten years in MICE, mostly on the supplier and DMC side. Long enough to know what makes a forum work and what makes one forgettable. Long enough to have lived hundreds of fifteen-minute meetings end with a handshake and no real connection behind it.
MICEAtelier is the answer. Smaller. Slower. Handpicked on both sides. A secluded space designed so the guests in the room can connect as people, not just as job titles.
Edition one is intimate by design, and the first of many. Each in a different European destination, each with its own atmosphere.

About the Venue
For MICEAtelier 2027, the entire estate is exclusively ours for three days. No other guests, no shared spaces, no competing groups. Every conversation between meetings happens on a property designed for connection, where the people you meet at breakfast are the same people you meet in the sauna, at dinner, by the fire.
Maryhill Estate sits on the southern Swedish coast, 60 minutes from Copenhagen Airport. Operated by ESS
Group, the estate combines 163 rooms across the main house and adjacent buildings, with 13 meeting spaces ranging from intimate boardrooms to ballroom-scale venues. The property exists at the intersection of historic Swedish estate architecture and modern resort design. Heated indoor and outdoor pools, multiple saunas, a fire room, lounges, snooker, and a separate castle building used for the gala dinner. The grounds open onto coastal landscapes, with walking paths and viewpoints that extend the resort beyond its walls.
